Marked «900» for solid silver. Length 132mm (5.18in) and maximal diameter 11mm (0.43in); Weight 18gram 0.63 US oz. Antique item in very good working order. It has a small niello missing almost near the nib very hard noticeable (please see photos 1 and 4), otherwise in very good aesthetic conditions. I will gladly answer any question you may have.
