A solid silver structure souvenir spoon. Size of demitasse/coffee spoon. Pear-shaped bowl, decorated with bright cut engravings and a niello, which are formed scrolls and a word “??????? ” (” Caucasus “). Twisted stem with turban-shaped terminal. Hallmarked to the stem: maker’s initials ” MA ” for well-known Moscow silver/goldsmith??????????????? , (English: Matryona Andreyeva); ” 84 Kokoshnik?? ” (84 Profile IL) in oval punch for 875/1000 silver purity and for assayer???????????? , (Ivan Lebedkin) ca. 1899 Letter “? ” is not readable, but it’s definitely Moscow assayer Ivan Lebedkin. Rare spoons for its pattern, maker and overall condition. 259 #3878 – for assayer Approx. Weight: 0.41 troy oz. Commensurate with age, the condition is excellent.

This is a fine Imperial Russian silver and niello cup made in Moscow c. The cup measures 2 1/2 inches high and is 2 1/8 inches in diameter at the top and 1 3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom. Nicely hallmarked with only the date indistinct. The cup weighs 57.6 grams. Some dents around the rim and general wear, otherwise, very good condition.
