This is an old antique made by the Iraqi master of niello silver to create this walking stick features a silver pommel with a unique niello scene of a shoreline with boats, along with a large boat on the top. Strong ebonized shaft with an original metal ferrule. Attractive unique item ideal for use or a collector. Length – 87.5cm. Diameter of the top – 3.1cm. Diameter of the shaft under the top – 2.2cm. For your consideration is. Rare antique 1900s German silver walking stick /cane handle with. Allover checkerboard Niello decoration. The Niello work is of excellent quality. 800 and maker’s mark but hardly readable. It is in very good antique condition.
