A sterling silver brooch with pin latch. Realistic made elephant, looks like a circus elephant. Beautifully decorated with niello and very-well made, please see and inspect all photos. Pin latch works properly. Hallmarked underside: “Sterling” for. 925/1000 silver purity; “Thailand” for country of origin. Made in Thailand, sometime in 1960’s. Photos will tell you more. Weight: 0.30 troy oz. Dark spots you are seeing, are reflections of a camera and other objects. Commensurate with age, the condition is excellent.

Antique Russian silver and niello snuff box, Peter Catherine in Russian (Cyrillic alfabeth) to front of box, The image to front depicts the monument of Peter the Great in St Petersburg, errected 1782. The base image shows what is probably some of his fleet. A super box which we have been unable to determine either the maker or assayer as marks are a little hard to determine. This Beautiful Russia imperial 6 Niello dessert spoon ” gilded “. Is in 916/1000 silver. This excellent Niello service of 6 dessert spoons. With leaf and fruit decoration is made of solid silver. With Russian hallmarks 916/1000 and gold-plated – gold on silver. Silver is stable in value and amazes your guests. Long : 138 mm (5,5 Inch). Lot 6 145 Gramm. Please see also my other items.
2 1/4″ tall x 1 3/8″ in diameter at the top and weighs approx. Very good vintage condition with some patina and signs of wear according to age. Not monogrammed and covered in masterfully executed floral patterns.
Ornate Antique French Solid Sterling Silver / Niello Vesta Case / Match safe. A beautiful French solid silver vesta case. Of solid silver with all over niello work of particularly fine quality. Of elongated rounded rectangular form with sprung hinged domes lid, the base with straike plate. Hallmarked with Frnech silver hallmarks (Boar’s head) as well as Russian silver import mark for St Petersburg. A very fine match safe. In antique condition with expected wear. Minor dings, scratches and surface wear throughout. Some small dings towards base, see pic. Hallmarks are clear and legible. Weight: approx 30 g.
Siam Thai Sterling Silver Niello Box with Thai Dancers Vintage. For your consideration is a Siam Thai Sterling Silver Niello Box with Thai Dancers Vintage. The box is 4.25″ x 3.5″ and stands 1.5 inches tall. It weighs 219.8 grams. The bowl is in very nice condition, one small dent in the front (shown in pictures), there are no breaks, deep scratches or repairs. Thailand is famous for these beautiful repousse (hand hammered) bowls that are highly regarded around the world. They are often presented as gifts for someone special and are considered wonderful works of art. If you need any additional information or more pictures just ask. Gorgeous striped niello oblong twist fancy link chain – every other link retains traces of rose gold plate – original niello striped swivel pocket watch clasp – large spring clasp is of the same period – but not niello (black and silver striped) – would make a unique statement necklace – measures 16 1/2″ long x 3/16″ wide – marked only 800 – weighs a nice 12.9 grams. I will do my best to describe each item as accurately as possible and to the best of my knowledge. That being said, please note that my items are vintage, often unique and unless otherwise noted not in new/mint condition. Light wear consistent with age and use must be expected.
