Measures approximately 48mm x 39mm x 22mm. Fully hallmarked for Russian Imperial 84 Silver Kokoshnik and maker’s/ workmaster/ silversmith initials/ marks. Beautiful Niello black and silver design with Versace border / rim. Hinge is loose; however, box closes tightly. With the exception of a loose hinge, this snuff box is in excellent condition.

Antique Russian Hand Chased Niello Gold Wash Silver Vodka Shot Cup. Hallmarked for Pavel Nikitin active in Moscow 1814 to 1847. Assayed by master assayer Kovalsky Andrei Antonovich active in Moscow 1821 to 1856. Also has Moscow town mark St. George and couple of later import marks. 2 inches or 5 cm tall. Weight is 43.3. Guaranteed antique and of the period.
